The Data Framework Project under the Natural Resources Information Management Strategy (NRIMS) will provide for the first time an overall structure for natural resource management datasets. This high level framework includes a classification system for data served from CANRI, and a taxonomy of natural resource terms for use in the CANRI catalogue.
The workshop was held last 09 August 2002 at Eastern Dome, Department
of Land and Water Conservation, Sydney and was attended by different
stakeholder groups
