Includes sites gazetted under the Unhealthy Building Land Act 1990; sites controlled by s35 directions under the Environmentally Hazardous Chemicals Act 1985 (now incorporated under the Contaminated Land Management Act 1997). These sites have complete descriptions. Cattle Tick Dip data not field checked. All sites having legal notices are included. Lot/DP up to date except for some Cattle Tick Dip Sites. Bulk information is aggregated to protect the privacy of owners.
