This dataset contains the results from a pilot survey on the effects of aquaculture on the environment in Botany Bay, NSW. At an aquaculture site and a control site, a systematic survey of benthos, fish, water and sediment quality, currents and hydrography was under taken in July 1994. Transects were sampled in a systematic pattern around the sites. Currents were determined from both ADCP surveys and short time series. Seagrass coverage was also determined. The results are listed in the documentation.
