This dataset contains a series of, and the results from, numerical models. The models were developed during the Sydney Deep Water Outfall Environmental Monitoring Program. A 3 dimensional numerical model for the simulation of currents was used. A 3 dimensional particle tracking model was also used for water quality studies. A 2 dimensional dispersion model and a discharged particle settling model were also used. The models were used to predict the path, dillution and thickness of the outfall plume. Various summary results from the models, a full description of the models and the model validation procedures are included in the documentation. Permission to use the models and access to the models needs to be arranged with the custodian.
