On line facilities are available to participating authorities to enable them to directly incorporate and maintain their restriction information on the Central Registrar of Restrictions. This is in line with the overall policy that participating authorities be responsible for the accuracy of restriction information supplied to and maintained on the CRR.
The CRR is designed to record an interest status against parcels or parishes in the state for each participating authority. Access by clients is through the Property Information Inquiry Service or an LPI NSW approved information broker from which a CRR certificate is supplied if appropriate. Primary use by participating authorities of the CRR is as warehouse populated and maintained by them
