The Integrated Property Hub cross references the Land Title information (plan/section/lot no.) within the ITS system with Valuation number for each property within the Valnet system. It records the basic textural property items from the above systems including lot/plan, owner name, street address, valuation number and Notice of Sale details comprising over 18,000,000 records (for 2-3 million property/parcels) stored on a computer database.
It supports NSW statutory functions, involving over ten Acts and is fundamental to other datasets such as the GPR, DCDB, Valnet and the address database. Its main use in its weekly notification of changes to land ownership for rating (234 Councils/Water Boards etc ), valuation and taxation purposes (Office of State Revenue).
